About the role
- Supporting buy-in/buy-out administration and strategic delivery.
- Advising on industry developments and contributing to consultations.
- Managing complex member cases and promoting a member-first culture.
- Collaborating across teams to improve tools, processes, and communications.
- Maintaining KPIs, producing reports, and supporting governance forums.
- Providing technical advice, calculations, and regulatory reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
