About the role
- This role supports the smooth running of the Technical team by managing team routines, organising meetings, and maintaining documentation.
- You’ll track task completion, support inbox management, and help improve team communications and operations.
- You’ll analyse referral data, prepare performance reports, and assist with non-pensions technical tasks.
- The role also includes supporting governance forums—coordinating logistics, tracking actions, and maintaining key records.
About you
- Experience in technical areas, ideally in pensions or financial services
- Confident managing documentation, coordinating meetings, and tracking actions to completion.
- Able to analyse data to identify trends and support decision-making, and you know how to communicate clearly across teams.
- You will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
