One of the pensions industry’s leading names in independent consultancy has created two new roles in their specialist Governance practice. This highly rated team advises schemes of all shapes and sizes on every aspect of governance, scheme management and trustee effectiveness and has an impressive pipeline of new work, hence the decision to add to their headcount. This could be at both senior and mid-ranking level, the demand is certainly there so they can be flexible. Perhaps obvious but critical nonetheless will be the need for detailed specialist governance expertise, probably acquired in a consulting role but in house exposure could be useful too.
