About the role
- You will lead the Pensions Administration operation, with focus on ongoing development to deliver excellent member services
- Work closely with colleagues across technical, systems and projects to successfully deliver projects and change initiatives
- Drive member experience enhancement such as communications and online access
- Work closely with the senior leadership team, Reward and HR colleagues
About you
- Draw on current technical knowledge, particularly DB Pensions administration, with awareness of developing Pensions landscape from a legislative and trends perspective
- Project skills including driving change initiatives will be highly beneficial
- Utilise your interpersonal skills from motivating and inspiring a large team to building relationships with key stakeholders
