About the Role
- Own day-to-day client service and relationship management
- Identify and develop new revenue opportunities
- Lead client proposals, presentations, and onboarding
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure seamless delivery
- Maintain accurate reporting and CRM updates
- Ensure compliance with internal assurance and security protocols
About You
- Experience in pensions administration, consultancy, or client management
- Strong understanding of DB, DC, CARE, Hybrid, and Master Trust schemes
