Are you experienced in pensions and project management? Ready to make an impact in a dynamic, collaborative environment? We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join a thriving team delivering change projects for medium to large UK pension schemes. From GMP equalisation and member option exercises to benefit changes, mergers, and wind-ups – you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of pensions. 


What You’ll Do 
  • Support Project Managers in delivering complex pension projects. 
  • Build and maintain project plans, track progress, and produce insightful reports. 
  • Assist with budgeting, billing, and quality control. 
  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes. 
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure audit readiness. 
  • Schedule post-project reviews and capture lessons learned. 
  • Champion operational excellence and team collaboration. 

What You’ll Bring 
  • Experience in pensions project or programme delivery. 
  • Knowledge of UK Defined Benefit pension schemes. 
  • Project management certification (Prince2, APM, PMP, CSM) or willingness to obtain. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. 
  • Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills. 
  • Confidence working with clients, third parties, and internal teams.
