Pensions Technical Consultant

• Providing expert technical and policy support to internal teams, government stakeholders, and scheme members. 
• Monitoring and interpreting legislative changes, ensuring operational readiness and compliance. 
• Drafting clear communications and technical responses. 
• Supporting complaints and dispute resolution, including Pensions Ombudsman cases. 
• Contributing to training, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Representing the business externally at industry events and forums. 

• Strong knowledge of pensions legislation  
• Experience in project work, change delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
