Juliette Lister and Lisa Tremlett are currently assisting a Pensions Consultancy who are presently recruiting for GMP Pensions Project candidates to work on a nine month contract home based or hybrid from Leeds
You will be responsible for:
- Providing accurate and exceptional technical support to the GMP Equalisation Project and the wider Pension Administration Department.
- Staying up-to-date with legislative changes, understanding their impact on our members and the benefits we provide.
- Performing precise manual calculations and data processes, supporting the accuracy and efficiency of our work.
- Assisting in testing and validating changes resulting from the project, ensuring our records remain reliable and compliant.
- Delivering excellent customer service to both internal teams and external members, promoting respect and accessibility for all.
- Taking ownership of delegated tasks, communicating progress transparently and accurately.
- Organising and managing your workload effectively to meet agreed deadlines and deliver quality results.
- Collaborating closely with the Project Leader to help plan and deliver the project’s objectives.
Skills & Experience
- GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C / 4 or above in Mathematics and English.
- PMI Qualified or Part Qualified beneficial
- Significant demonstrable experience in pensions administration including manual calculations.
- Strong technical knowledge of Defined Benefit Pension schemes and regulations, relevant to the role.
- A questioning attitude, with the ability to analyse information critically and cleanse data using Excel.
- Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate effective solutions.
