Are you a pensions expert ready to lead, mentor, and make a real impact?

We’re looking for a Senior Pensions Administrator to support service delivery, manage complex casework, and help develop a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do

Support and guide team members and managers.
Handle complex DB/DC pension cases and system testing.
Train and mentor junior staff.
Ensure compliance and improve processes.
Liaise with clients, payroll, and technical teams.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years’ pensions admin experience.
Strong DB/DC knowledge and PMI (part-qualified) or equivalent.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
A proactive, detail-focused mindset.
