Senior Pensions Administrator (SIPP)

Excellent opportunity within a leading SIPP provider, working with a large portfolio of clients offering a personal service that sets them apart.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handling client queries via phone, email, and letter with professionalism and care
• Managing pension contributions, transfers, closures, and investment applications
• Supporting property transactions, loan setups, and pension policy reviews
• Ensuring accurate record-keeping using bespoke systems (SSAS-pro & SIPP-pro)
• Liaising with HMRC, FCA, and third parties on regulatory matters
• Attending client meetings and contributing to project work
• Coaching colleagues and supporting team performance
• Upholding compliance and quality standards across all tasks

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

• Strong experience administering SSAS or SIPP schemes
