Are you a seasoned Project Manager with deep expertise in occupational pension schemes? Join a forward-thinking organisation where your leadership will drive impactful change across internal operations and client services. 


As a key member of the Project Management Office (PMO), you’ll lead a variety of projects—from internal business improvements to client implementations and software development. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals. 

Key Responsibilities 
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery including planning, risk management, and reporting. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure a seamless project experience. 
  • Drive business improvement initiatives that deliver measurable value. 
  • Manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively. 
  • Represent the PMO in client meetings and new business opportunities. 

What We’re Looking For 
  • Prince2 or equivalent project management qualification. 
  • 10+ years in occupational pension scheme administration, with 5+ years in project management. 
  • Strong technical knowledge of DB/DC pensions and current legislation. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office and pension administration systems. 
  • PMI qualification. 
  • Experience with system development lifecycles. 
  • Prior client management experience.
