This market leading Third Party Pension Administrator and Consulting specialist is seeking an experienced Senior DC Pensions Administrator to join their pensions administration team. This role involves delivering excellent service to clients and members, mentoring junior colleagues, and acting as a point of expertise on complex cases.
What you will do doing:
- Handle member and client queries on DC pension schemes.
- Check and review work from junior team members.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and day-to-day support to colleagues.
- Step in for the Team Leader when needed.
- Contribute to projects, complaints handling, and process improvements.
