In this key role, you’ll manage a team of Pension Administrators and Senior Administrators, delivering exceptional service to a prestigious portfolio of global clients. You’ll be at the forefront of pensions operations, working on diverse projects and applying your technical expertise across automated and manual processes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and develop a team, ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with SLAs.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex cases and client queries.
- Drive team performance, training, and succession planning.
- Apply pension legislation knowledge to ensure compliance and best practice.
- Represent the team in client meetings and lead operational projects.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in occupational pension administration.
- Strong understanding of pension legislation and regulations.
- Previous team management or mentoring experience.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and client service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience managing hybrid or cross-location teams is a plus.
