We are seeking a motivated and experienced Pensions Specialist to join a dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex DB and/or DC schemes, mentor junior staff, and contribute to high-impact client projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced pension calculations and manage complex schemes.
- Mentor and review work of Pensions Administrators.
- Collaborate with Client Managers to deliver exceptional service.
- Lead and support ad-hoc client-specific projects.
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Handle technical queries and liaise with clients and advisors.
- Ensure compliance and timely delivery of client reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience with complex DB/DC schemes.
- Strong technical pensions knowledge and Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in project-based technical work.
- Commitment to continuous learning and development.
