Join a specialist Administration Project Team as a Project Lead, where you'll drive the delivery of complex pension administration initiatives across a variety of areas including GMP implementation, de-risking, data rectification, and Pensions Dashboard readiness.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and oversee pension administration projects from planning to completion.
- Analyse and validate pension data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and third-party providers.
- Produce clear project reports and documentation.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Support and guide team members on project-related activities.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in Defined Benefit pension scheme administration.
- Hands-on involvement in bulk projects (GMP, data rectification, dashboard, de-risking).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other Office tools.
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to grow in pensions administration.
