We’re seeking a Senior Associate to lead and support governance and project management across defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes. You’ll work closely with trustees, scheme secretaries, and governance specialists, delivering strategic and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead governance activities including adviser reviews, risk registers, and scheme budgets
- Act as Scheme Secretary (where appointed), supported by senior leadership
- Manage projects such as data cleanse, incentive exercises, and risk transfer
- Oversee compliance, legal matters, and member communications
- Mentor junior team members to ensure efficient service delivery
What You Bring:
- Extensive experience with DB and DC pension schemes
- Strong knowledge of pensions legislation and governance frameworks
- Proven project management and budgeting skills
