About the role
- Lead data reviews, error investigations, and rectification work
- Deliver chargeable project tasks and client reporting
- Drive process improvements and automation through change requests
- Conduct root cause analysis and support risk mitigation
- Mentor junior associates and act as a technical reference
- Support testing, due diligence, and large member communications
- Monitor project budgets and timelines

- Strong experience with occupational pension schemes
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Technical pension knowledge and Excel proficiency
