Play a key role in shaping the future of pensions administration. We're looking for a Senior Technical Associate to provide expert pensions guidance, drive technical excellence, and support our teams in delivering a first-class experience to clients and members.
🔍 About the role:
- Be the go-to expert for complex DB/DC pensions queries across the business.
- Lead technical knowledge capture during client onboarding and change projects.
- Translate scheme rules into practical, compliant solutions.
- Monitor industry developments and support business-wide implementation.
- Deliver training, improve processes, and enhance technical documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and drive innovation.
✅ About you:
- 5+ years’ experience in pensions administration.
- Strong technical knowledge of Defined Benefit and/or Defined Contribution schemes.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- High proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word) and pension admin systems.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- PMI qualification, consultancy or communications experience, and project delivery expertise.
