Love data? Love pensions? Let’s put that expertise to powerful use.

We’re looking for a curious, detail-driven professional to join a specialist team transforming pension scheme data into actionable insights. If you’re ready to step away from day-to-day admin and into the world of technical projects, this is your chance to make a real impact — from de-risking and GMP exercises to regulatory readiness and client onboarding.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems, enjoys variety, and wants to work on meaningful projects that shape outcomes for trustees, sponsors, and members alike.

🔍 What you’ll be doing
You’ll work across a variety of high-impact projects, including:
• Supporting schemes in preparing data for buy-in and buy-out transactions
• Assisting with GMP reconciliation, rectification, and equalisation
• Getting schemes ready for the Pensions Dashboard and other key regulatory deadlines
• Conducting benefit audits and data cleansing to ensure clean, reliable data
• Supporting new client onboarding and business transitions
• Collaborating closely with internal admin teams and external clients to deliver tailored, high-quality data solutions
________________________________________

✅ What you bring
You’ll already have solid pensions experience, but you're looking for something more technical, more analytical, and more rewarding.
• Strong working knowledge of Defined Benefit pension schemes
• Experience in DB pensions administration and data management
• Confidence managing multiple priorities and project deadlines
• Skilled in bulk calculations and data transformation techniques
• Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint for client reporting
• Comfortable working within scoped budgets and delivering to high standards
• Ideally APMI qualified (or working towards it)

🌟 Why join?
This is your chance to take your pensions experience and specialise in a growing, high-value area of the industry. You’ll:
• Work on technical, high-profile projects
• Learn from leading experts in pensions data
• Make a visible impact on schemes, sponsors, and members
• Be part of a team that values your ideas, encourages learning, and supports your development
