If you’re a skilled pensions professional who can produce accurate, compliant scheme reporting and dashboards that meet governance and trustee requirements, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in pension scheme management and to drive growth.
We’re looking for someone who understands that behind every scheme report, trustee meeting pack, and governance dashboard lies a responsibility: to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely information that supports strong decision-making and meets regulatory standards and staying within frameworks.
In this role, you’ll take the lead in designing and delivering management information (MI) and reporting that not only meets governance frameworks but actively strengthens them. Your work will help trustees and governance teams make smarter decisions, improve processes, and ensure the scheme is managed to the highest standards.
Your Role in Scheme Governance & compliance:
* Turning data into action: Design, develop, and maintain a set of powerful MI reports and KPIs that keep our operational performance razor-sharp.
* Spotting patterns like a pro: Analyse trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities before they become tomorrow’s problems.
* Visualising success: Build dashboards that make complex insights simple, clear, and impossible to ignore.
* Championing risk awareness: Keep our risk logging and tracking watertight — and make sure nothing slips through the net.
* Driving better ways of working: Use your MI insights and risk tracking to spark process improvements across the business.
* Collaborating widely: Partner with stakeholders across the company (and our sister firms) to make sure the right people get the right insights at the right time.
What We’re Looking For:
* 2–5 years in an operations or risk-focused role within financial services.
* A love of problem-solving and the analytical skill to turn complex data into clear answers.
* Microsoft Excel mastery (pivot tables, advanced formulas, visualisations).
* A sharp eye for accuracy and detail — because the little things matter.
* The ability to communicate technical information in a way that anyone can understand.
* Experience in data collection, analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Why You’ll Love Working Here:
* Impact from day one: Your insights will directly influence decisions at the highest level.
* Collaboration without silos: You’ll work across departments and projects, making every day different.
* Growth and development: We’ll invest in your skills so you can keep pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with MI and risk analysis.
* A culture that values ideas: If you’ve spotted a better way, we want to hear it — and make it happen.
