Our client are expanding their pensions team and looking for experienced Pensions Administrators to support their continued growth into 2025 and beyond.

About the role 
  • As a Pensions Administrator, you’ll handle a wide range of administrative tasks across defined benefit pension schemes. 
  • You’ll work closely with scheme members and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely service delivery and compliance with regulatory standards.  Process pension updates including address/name changes, valuations, quotations, amendments, and exception reports 
  • Respond to member queries across multiple channels within SLA targets 
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements 
  • Complete training and development activities to enhance pensions knowledge 
  • Identify and report risks, complaints, and breaches promptly 
About you 
  • Experience with DB pension schemes and pension authorisations 
  • Strong numeracy and data accuracy skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication 
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure 
  • Confident using phones and pension systems 
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support others
