Are you passionate about pensions and would now like to also deal with employee benefits? Looking for a meaningful role in a values-led organisation that embraces flexibility and supports professional growth? Offering amazing benefits and competitive salary? Yes! Then read on…

You are a self-motivated and proactive occupational pensions administrator seeking to join a supportive pensions team. Working alongside the Pensions Manager and located in the HR function for the 1 day only you need attend the office each week. Your new varied and rewarding role offers the opportunity to oversee the outsourced administration providers for both  defined benefit and defined contribution schemes, while also taking responsibility for a wide range of employee benefits offerings. If you have not yet undertaken employee benefits the Pensions Manager is happy to train you on these, as long as you have a strong background within occupational pensions administration.

You are someone keen to promote member engagement, as your new employer has ambitious ideas for the future. You will assist in pensions webinars, member communications and updating the company pensions intranet. You are the link between the company and external pension providers and play a vital role in ensuring employee scheme member satisfaction. While the Pension Manager is dealing with the strategic side of the scheme, you are dealing with the day-to-day side, you complement each other’s roles perfectly!

Alongside prior occupational pensions administration experience you will need to possess good IT skills, hopefully you are used to manipulating spreadsheets and data reporting. You will have planning skills and contract management knowledge. No longer dealing with direct pensions administration calculations, you will still need to keep up to date with current pensions legislation and maintain compliance. You will also get the opportunity to attend board meetings and help provide information on the pension administration side to the trustees.

Excited by such a multi-faceted role, and seeking to join a small friendly team, and be part of a collaborative company culture, then apply now to be part of a progressive, people-focused organisation where your ever growing expertise and input will make a real impact.

Very competitive salary with banding to grow, 30 days holiday, 15% none contributory pension and too many other benefits to mention in one breath!

This employer encourages applications from all backgrounds and offer flexibility to support work–life balance.
