Senior Pensions Administrator – Working from Home
The Role:
Our client, a respected UK pensions consultancy—award-winning and growing—is recognised for delivering tailored administration and consulting services. They have opportunities for experienced pensions professionals to join one of their growing teams.
If you have 5 or more years’ experience in pensions administration and are seeking a role with variety, responsibility, and progression, we’d love to hear from you.
You will be highly proficient in both DB and DC scheme administration, with a strong technical grounding and proven ability to manage and maintain the administration of defined benefit and defined contribution schemes on behalf of trustees. You’ll also act as a key point of contact for members, trustees, and third parties and be confident in mentoring and peer reviewing more junior colleagues.
This is a broad role covering everything from scheme wind-ups and complex benefit calculations to forensic research and transition projects. If you have experience onboarding new schemes or clients, working on data migrations or scheme installations, your skills will be highly valued.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

At least five years’ experience in a Defined Benefit pension administration environment.

Strong knowledge of UK pensions legislation, regulatory requirements, and best practice.

Proven track record in delivering ad hoc and annual pension projects.

Confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with scheme members, trustees, and external partners.

Self-motivated, organised, and able to perform in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and pension administration systems.
