Role Summary:
The Quality Coordinator works in the Quality Assurance and Audit (QA&A) team. You will play a key role in supporting the QA&A and Resolution Specialist teams within Aptia’s First Line of Defence.
This role is a hybrid position where you will work from any of our Aptia offices, as well as from your home address.
Here's what you’ll be doing:
• Providing support to the Quality Managers in producing audit action logs following the completion of QA&A audits, contributing towards improvement of operational efficiency, accuracy and quality.
• Assist with drafting the monthly Leadership Report to incorporate all aspects of work undertaken by the QA&A team, including the results of audits, financial and non-financial metrics, complaints and E&O data, data breaches and disclosure reporting and other metrics as required by the Leadership Team
• Supporting the Resolution Specialists by allocating new Report to Counsel (RTC) cases and maintaining and reporting on E&O data to key business stakeholders.
• Liaising with Quality Managers to produce and distribute audit action logs to Operations Managers.
• Maintain the QA&A Action Log, following responses from Operations Managers.
• Be QA&A’s point of contact for the Manager Self-Certification process, collating and reporting on the results of the monthly Manager Self Certification.
• Other duties as may be required from time to time to support the QA&A and Resolution Specialist teams.

• Pensions industry experience - Pensions administration at a minimum of administrator level
