A leading pensions consultancy is hiring a Pensions Consultant Manager to lead on governance, secretarial, and trustee services across a varied client portfolio. Responsibilities

* Be the go-to expert – you responsible for the provision of strategic advice to trust based clients – both trustees and companies and provide secretariat services to a portfolio of clients.
* Lead with purpose – Own key client projects from start to finish, supporting senior leadership and driving results that make a difference.
* Build real connections – Develop trusted relationships with clients, becoming a valued partner in their long-term success.
* Help shape the future – Spot opportunities, contribute to business growth, and play a hands-on role in winning new clients.
* Inspire the next generation – Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a pensions consultant, secretary, or in-house pensions manager
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex problems simply
* Strong project management and client delivery skills
* Collaborative team player with a passion for problem-solving
* Commercial acumen and drive to identify new opportunities
