As a Senior Pension Scheme Events Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of delivering high-quality administration services across a varied client portfolio. From managing and checking annual and ad-hoc scheme events to ensuring everything aligns with legislation and best practice, your expertise will keep things running smoothly—and compliantly.

What you'll be doing:
• Owning and overseeing critical scheme events (like renewals, valuations, and pension increases)
• Ensuring work meets both internal QA standards and legislative requirements
• Supporting client teams with your technical knowledge and sharp eye for process improvements

Responsibilities:
• Prioritise and manage competing scheme events to meet SLAs
• Process and check scheme events for compliance and accuracy

Requirements
• Deep expertise in DB pensions – Brings strong technical knowledge of defined benefit schemes and up-to-date understanding of pensions legislation.
• Highly organised & deadline-driven – Manages complex workloads with ease, keeping projects on track and clients confident.
• Third-party admin experience – Skilled in navigating the fast-paced world of outsourced pension scheme administration.
• Tech-savvy with pensions systems – Confident user of key admin platforms and digital tools that streamline service delivery.
