We’re looking for a Senior Pensions Complaints Administrator to join our dynamic team!
What you’ll be doing:
• Lead on complaint investigations – ensuring fair, timely, and high-quality outcomes for members
• Identify trends, root causes, and recommend service improvements
• Provide coaching and quality assurance support across pension administration teams
• Contribute to internal quality forums and support governance on quality improvement initiatives
• Produce insightful monthly quality and complaints reports
What we’re looking for:
✔ Proven experience in Defined Benefit (DB) pension administration (Retirements, Transfers, Deaths, etc.)
✔ Strong understanding of pensions legislation, regulatory frameworks, and DB manual calculations
✔ High attention to detail with a passion for process and quality
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔ A proactive approach to coaching and supporting colleagues
✔ Experience working in a hybrid or multi-site team (advantageous but not essential)
