Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of dedicated pensions administrators
• Ensure all work is delivered on time, accurately, and to the highest quality standards
• Monitor team performance against SLAs and identify areas for growth
• Be the go-to expert for clients, trustees, and scheme members
• Review and present detailed reports, adding strategic insight and value
• Support the onboarding and smooth transition of new pension schemes
Requirements
• Strong experience with DB and DC pension schemes (DB is essential)
• A proven track record in pensions administration—management or senior-level
• Confident communication and client-facing skills
• Sharp attention to detail and strong numerical ability
• Skilled in MS Office (especially Excel & Word)
• A calm, focused approach to managing priorities in a fast-paced setting
