Independent pension consultancy providing services to a growing portfolio of DB/DC clients is seeking to add talent to their Actuarial Team.
Happy to look at PQ/NQ candidates with excellent remuneration / study support - happy to view candidates that no longer wish to progress Actuarial exams.
About the role
- Undertaking various stages of an actuarial valuation including data collation and preparation.
- Member calculations, specifically transfer values
- Preparing pension accounting disclosures
- Attending meetings as a key member of the team
- Undertaking liability and risk transfer exercises
About you
- Excellent mathematical skills and very familiar with Microsoft Excel
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of PFaroe/Mantle would be desirable but training can be given
