This is a hybrid working position and can be aligned with any Aptia UK office.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

*

Leadership of a dispersed team in the UK, Portugal and India (including Ops Directors & Senior Managers) to deliver high-value GMP projects on time and within budget.
*

Ownership of project performance — from risk management and controls to client satisfaction and revenue targets.
*

Collaboration cross-functionally with stakeholders across Pensions Administration, Transformation, and Project Management teams
*

Act as an expert and ambassador on GMPE — evolving best practices, external propositions, and internal capability.
*

Inspire high-performing teams through inclusive leadership, structured development, and a unified “One Aptia” mindset.
*

Oversee the planning, delivery, and financial performance of all GMPE projects.

A strategic people leader with proven success managing large pensions teams and projects.
*

Deep expertise in DB pensions administration and the GMP landscape.
*

Strong commercial acumen – able to drive revenue, manage budgets, and minimise write-offs.
*

Confidence in engaging clients, trustees, insurers, and internal leadership.
*

Experience in developing new propositions and improving operating models.
*

Relevant pensions qualifications (e.g. PMI) – desirable
