You'll have the freedom and backing to redefine how onboarding and change are delivered, lead a skilled team, and collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional client experiences that stand out in the market.

Requirements
• Proven senior leadership experience in pensions administration onboarding
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and change initiatives
• Exceptional leadership skills in building high-performing teams
• Analytical and problem-solving focus for continuous improvement
