Role Summary:

You will provide calculation/automation analysis expertise and support to client implementations and day-to-day operations of systems for internal and external clients in an efficient and professional manner.

It includes leadership within the analyst community for technical matters and to support knowledge transfers and mentorship across the team.

This is a hybrid position where you will work from any of our UK Aptia offices, as well as from your home address.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Meeting the business requirements and implementation needs of clients in an accurate and timely manner and in accordance with any agreed standards and procedures.
• Work with our customers to understand their requirements, and help to translate them into clear accurate documentation/specifications in accordance with agreed standards and procedures.
• Produce clear testing strategies and carry out sufficient testing to ensure a high quality output
• Work with relevant stakeholders/teams to identify functional changes to our core products, standard tools and processes that are required to ensure business needs are met and to ensure these are formally documented.
• Provide support and mentoring to colleagues within the wider Technology Solutions teams.
• Support the Implementations Team Leader in driving best practice within the discipline.
• Taking opportunities to lead analysis of client solutions or standards, tools and framework through technical forums or client projects.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Experience in administering or programming complex pension calculations.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to work within prescribed frameworks and timescales.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team and cross departments with the ability to adapt and react to demand changes.
• In-depth technical knowledge of pensions and legislation.
• Good understanding of pensions administration software.
