Head of Projects and Endgame Administration – The Role:
To develop and lead the Projects and Endgame Administration. Working with business leaders, this role will lead the important task of bringing together and further developing relevant processes for Broadstone’s PPF, consolidator and insurer administration teams, as well as developing a nationally managed projects team that will deal with bulk data analysis and manipulation across the business.
Head of Projects and Endgame Administration – Key Responsibilities:
- Working with Heads of Administration, Advisory and Trustee Services to continually develop Broadstone’s Endgame strategy
- Oversee the development of consistent processes across administration teams
- Oversee the development of a nationally managed projects team
- Identify and develop new areas for growth and assisting with proposition development, marketing, new business proposals, and contract negotiations
- Work closely with managers in other teams to ensure appropriate touch points for task sharing across the business
- Work closely with systems and transformation teams to ensure any changes are identified
Head of Projects and Endgame Administration – You:
- You will have at least 15 years’ experience as a practitioner within the Occupational Trust-Based Pension Scheme space
- You will have a proven ability to lead teams, adhering to revenue and expense budgets
- You will have the ability to work on a flexible basis, managing several diverse tasks at the same time, and prioritising workloads accordingly
- You are driven to work to strict project timetables
