Position Overview

As a DC Pensions Consultant, you will play a key role in advising clients, developing pragmatic solutions, and contributing to the growth and success of the Pensions & Employee Benefits team. Your expertise will be instrumental in meeting client expectations and expanding the company's pension and employee benefits services.

Responsibilities
• Represent the business in meetings with clients, providers, and prospective clients
• Identify and deliver practical, tailored solutions that meet client needs
• Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with both clients and internal teams
• Provide clear, strategic advice on provider selection and market options
• Contribute to the growth and evolution of pension and employee benefit offerings
• Stay up to date with market trends through regular provider research
• Continuously deepen your expertise in pensions and employee benefits
• Mentor and support the development of junior team members

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years' experience in UK pension or employee benefits consulting
• Advanced knowledge of pension providers and master trusts
• Thorough understanding of UK DC market, drivers, and trends
• Broad knowledge of relevant legislation and governance frameworks
• Experience with Occupational Trust Based DC schemes and wind-up process
