The Role
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of pension scheme clients, acting as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact. Your role will involve:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with trustees, corporate sponsors, and senior stakeholders.

Ensuring the delivery of exceptional pensions administration services with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.

Advising clients on governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements.

Leading client meetings, presenting reports, and overseeing strategic initiatives.

Identifying commercial opportunities and contributing to business growth.

Providing scheme secretarial support, ensuring compliance and best-practice governance.
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in pensions administration or consultancy with direct client relationship responsibilities.

Strong knowledge of UK pensions legislation and governance.

Ability to influence and engage at trustee and corporate levels.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and commercial acumen.

PMI qualification (or equivalent) is preferred.
