About the role
- Oversee workflow across the DC area, ensuring SLA's are hit and exceeded
- Ensure team development, look at training needs and team requirements
- Point of contact for technical queries, dealing with complex cases
- Liaise with client contacts and internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery
- Managing all DC scheme events and projects
About you
- Background in Pension operational delivery
- Knowledge of DC pensions and master trust rules
- Strong management experience
