Develop and lead a dedicated DC pensions team for an award-winning Pensions consultancy that puts scheme members at the heart of it's delivery.

About the role

Oversee workflow across the DC area, ensuring SLA's are hit and exceeded
Ensure team development, look at training needs and team requirements
Point of contact for technical queries, dealing with complex cases
Liaise with client contacts and internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery
Managing all DC scheme events and projects

About you

Background in Pension operational delivery
Knowledge of DC pensions and master trust rules
Strong management experience
