Position Overview
The Pensions Admin Team Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient administration of DB and DC pension schemes for the consultancy's diverse client base. This position offers the chance to lead a dedicated team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and support to both clients and scheme members.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the accurate delivery of high-quality pension administration
• Monitor team performance against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Manage team workloads and support the development of administrators
• Coordinate the delivery of routine and ad hoc projects
• Review Trustee reports and member calculations for accuracy
• Contribute to the set-up and transition of new schemes
Requirements
• Extensive experience in DB and DC pension scheme administration
• Proven track record as a pensions administration manager or senior administrator
• Strong knowledge of third-party pension administration in a consultancy environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
