About the role 
  • Lead and develop Project and Support team to deliver excellent services 
  • Meet and exceed agreed SLA's - Improve process/procedures to enhance service delivery 
  • Liaise with clients to ensure seamless delivery 
  • Co-ordinate across the business  
  • Develop and mentor staff 
  • Oversee budget and resourcing requirements 

About you 
  • Background in Pensions Project delivery - ideally across DC  
  • Exposure to DB pensions 
  • Background in leading and developing teams 
  • Excellent Communication skills
