Position Overview
The Pensions Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient administration of the company's DC pension schemes, handling a wide range of tasks related to active, deferred, and pensioner members, while maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and HMRC requirements.
Responsibilities
β’ Administer day-to-day pension activities for all member categories
β’ Handle member enquiries via telephone, online, and in-person
β’ Process casework for auto-enrolment and resolve member queries
β’ Develop subject matter expertise and provide team training
β’ Maintain understanding of pension legislation, rules, and processes
Requirements
β’ Significant experience DC pension administration
β’ Strong knowledge of pension legislation and HMRC requirements
β’ Excellent numeracy, written, and verbal communication skills
β’ Proficiency in IT and self-motivated, organised work ethic
