Responsibilities
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective strategies
• Design and run targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads
• Manage and develop relationships with key introducer clients and prospects
• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts for a cohesive approach
• Liaise with external PR consultants to maximise press coverage
• Manage and mentor other business development staff
• Organise and deliver compelling pitches to win new business
• Continuously improve pitch performance and bid management processes
Requirements
• Proven track record of success in a similar role
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent project management and organisational skills
