Position Overview

Responsibilities
• Monitor team performance against client and company objectives
• Manage, support, and motivate team members
• Allocate and review work for accuracy and timeliness
• Provide technical assistance for complex pensions administration tasks
• Process member service requests accurately and efficiently
• Demonstrate expertise in DB and DC administration
• Produce stewardship reports and other required information
• Identify process improvements and efficiencies
• Participate in new business exercises and client representation
Requirements
• Extensive experience in DB/DC pensions administration
• Strong ability to complete manual calculations accurately
• Excellent teamwork and leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of current pension legislation and upcoming changes
