Position Overview
As a Senior Pensions Administrator, you will be responsible for leading the administration of complex buy-in and buy-out projects, coordinating multiple workstreams, and providing technical guidance to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities
• Lead high-profile buy-in and buy-out projects
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and provide technical guidance
• Ensure delivery promises and performance standards are met
• Coach and mentor junior associates, providing feedback
• Identify process improvements and training needs
• Produce test packs for automation and sign-off calculations
• Assist in due diligence exercises and data cleaning
• Manage large mailing projects to scheme members
• Scope costs for non-standard projects and monitor budgets
• Handle complaint management and maintain client relationships

Requirements
• Strong experience in final salary pensions administration
• Knowledge of buy-ins, buy-outs, and money purchase schemes
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and organisational abilities
• Ability to work with a high level of accuracy
• Customer-focused and quality-oriented approach
• Proficiency in using Excel spreadsheets
