Position Overview
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in managing client relationships and developing and executing retirement communication strategies, becoming an essential member of the team. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, with a requirement to visit the West Yorkshire office every two weeks.
Responsibilities
• Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
• Develop and implement overarching retirement communication strategies
• Oversee project planning and ensure alignment with strategy
• Provide coaching and support to the Client Consulting Team
• Identify and develop opportunities for revenue growth
• Contribute to new business proposals
• Take the lead with client onboarding
Requirements
• Experience in a similar role within the pensions industry
• Demonstrable track record of working with senior stakeholders and managing complex client accounts
