About the role

• Oversee all operational delivery for teams across the UK
• Actively manage the service delivery, projects and technical and quality teams
• Process management and delivering business process improvements with a sharp focus on the member experience and quality
• Team and service quality and performance objectives 
• Ensure all SLA's, KPI’s, delivery promises, and performance standards are met
• Manage risk and ensure compliance
• Work across the wider business to ensure seamless delivery
• Attend client/trustee meetings and assist in new business presentations

About you

• Strong background in Operational delivery with DC/Mastertrust areas 
• Strong track record of people leadership
• Advocate of high performance and continuous improvement.
