Heading a large team of experienced client managers and business development specialists, the terms of reference for the role span the leadership, development and improvement of the relationship management and business development functions. The post, which carries considerable influence and responsibility, reports into the UK leadership and includes a seat on the executive committee running the business. This is a multi-million pound business with a stellar client base to match and the jobholder will need to offer a combination of experience to match the demanding spec, allied to personal, commercial and technical credibility to cut it amongst a client portfolio which expects premier league service.
