DB Pensions Implementation Transition Consultant Remote working to 50k

Juliette Lister and Lisa Tremlett are currently seeking a Pensions Transition Consultant 

To work within a team of pension and implementation consultants to deliver a high-quality implementation service for new clients and transformation projects for existing clients.

• Adheres to team standards, using best practices, project assurance criteria and audit requirements.
• Act as Lead Transition consultant on all new Implementations.
• Work closely with project manager to ensure project progresses seamlessly through to completion, perform all tasks as detailed in project plan.
• Create Benefit Specification Summary capturing scheme details to be used for basis of scheme calculations and automation.
• Create test packs and configure scheme automation to support all automated routines using proprietary systems in accordance with new implementations and transformations projects as required.
• Provide working proforma for classes not included in automated routines.
• Support data services in review of data load in accordance with existing test matrices.
• Test enhancements to systems and processes as required.

 Experience Required

• Excellent pension experience with good technical knowledge.
• Understanding of pension scheme rules and actuarial instructions.
• Experience of pension systems and databases.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work productively as a team member, experience of working in a project team and working under instruction.
• MS Office (Word/Excel/) to competent level
