About the role

You will ensure delivery of quality and efficiency of Pensions administration, data and Payroll services
Drive forward the culture of staff development whilst embracing process improvements and enhancements
Manage budgets
Contribute at an executive level to ongoing strategic development and delivery

About you

You will draw on extensive Pensions industry experience, including managing Pensions administration teams
Utilise current Pensions legislative knowledge to identify risk or championing change and improvement
