Based in Leeds, with the flexibility of hybrid working once the initial probation period is complete
About the role
- Provide the day to day administration duties in line with SLA
- Take responsibility for training junior members of the team
- Act as the SME to resolve complex client and employee queries
- Provide the technical support and expertise in regards to testing system updates
About you
- You have at least 2 years knowledge working with SIPPs within the Pensions industry
- You have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well within a team
- You have a strong understanding of AML procedures
- You have knowledge of Pension regulations and understand their impact on business
