For this in-house pension department (outsourced administration) your new exciting role will be to assist the Pensions Manager to support the Company and Trustees in managing and developing their pension schemes. You will be responsible for ensuring good governance of both pension schemes, whilst supporting members with their pension benefits.
Using your previous pension's experience (from either in-house, third party administration or consultancy), you will provide a vital role in supporting the Pension Team and two Boards of Trustees (one defined benefit, one Defined contribution). You will help co-ordinate the running of both schemes, including scheme secretarial duties. Be a key support for employees and members with their benefits in the pension schemes. Support the Pension and Benefits Manager with the development of the pension schemes. Complete administration processes and governance tasks to ensure compliance, and all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
