Brand new role leading a team at a major de-risking insurer responsible for ensuring appropriate governance and service delivery from third party partners. Also working closely with key internal contacts across risk, legal and transitions, this is a key function critical to maintaining high levels of service delivery, reputational excellence and targeted business outcomes. The jobholder will need to have team leadership in a DB environment, ideally de-risking focused and certainly oriented around pensions administration delivery. Expertise in managing and improving process, customer delivery, transitioning new clients and commercial acumen will be critical.
